Wildlife Camera Training

The Northwest Territory Métis Nation Lands & Resources department is looking for 3 members from each community of Hay River, Fort Smith, and Fort Resolution, ages 18+ to participate in camera training for the upcoming Echo’s of the land Project.

This program will be held in Fort Smith, NT on Saturday, August 1st, 2026. Travel and Accommodations will be provided.

Come learn about using wildlife camera and bird song recorders in wildlife research and monitoring. You will gain hands-on experience working with equipment.
