The Northwest Territory Métis Nation would like to congratulate NWT Métis Nation beneficiaries Kelsey Heron (left) and Melissa Johns (right) on their completion of the Northern Leadership Development Program which took place from October 2021 to June 2022 (9 Months, 9 Modules).

We are very proud of our graduates, and we are looking forward to seeing your contributions to our society—and to our nation. You are an inspiration to us all.

The Northern Leadership Development Program (NLDP) is intended to provide individuals employed in ‘front line’ positions in industry with an enhanced awareness of self, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making, and stress management practices which result in stronger leadership practices. The program objective is to prepare these individuals to advance to more senior positions within their organization.
